If you are finding your time too limited to focus on the pose or a gesture, try focussing on one part of the image or one element only

Look, this is the critique that I always give to people. I'm having a hard time figuring what each part is. As person before me mentioned, try focusing only on few parts if you have trouble focusing on the whole pose. Its better to draw less but more clearly so you yourself can see where you made mistakes. Your drawings arent bad but are hard to see.
