29-Second Quickest Warm-Up of A Nude Man Figure

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 29 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Get my forces of the figure bones and muscles, and their perceptions, to look or seem easy.

This one, despite the broader scribbles, I can see that nude figure clearly. (Nothing that harsh)
