My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Hey! I think it looks great! But if you want to make your drawings more dynamic, than i would focus on drawing the gesture first, and try exaggerating the C and S curves when drawing the gesture. Then draw the contour and the whole pose on top if you are doing a 10 min drawing...
I would also try to make your lines less scratchy. Do this by planning more thoroughly every line you are going to draw, and then just draw one single, confident line. I don't think it matters if not every line is perfect then, thats why we practice :)
Good job!

i want to say that the poses silhouette is pretty good and i have the same goal as you so, the cranium is a bit too small from the back , the hands can be bigger and the forearm too and i don't see something wrong with the legs nor torso
hope you achieve your goal asap
