Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length. My current goal to try capturing a gesture

Nicest work on your boldest and most forceful drawings at their finest, but I'm still getting too much of that stilted quality in the attitudes. How would you please love to do 3 more hours of 26 second scribblest drawings, using a timer? (about 415) The reason is because your drawings will become extremely loosest, expressive and appealing. Good luck to you.

P.S. Look into this Shamus Culhane PDF here, and hope this has been helpful and encouraging. (Sidebar quick sketches)

You're definitely capturing the angles of the pose, but doing scribbles to find the volume of the shapes helps create more dynamic lines. By volume I mean the internal mass of a muscle like the butt/glutes. instead of drawing the outline, try filling in the shape with spirals and scribbles of different sizes really huge and really tiny while still holding your pencil loosely. You could start with simple objects like a vase, a pillow, a ball then add more "limbs" like a puffy coat or arm chair.
