Hands are so hard. Even though drawing from is working. Inventing hands out of my head is still too hard.

This girl might not be too happy of me sketching her face ;)June 27, 2014 7:42am #1186I mostly post the 11 minutes pics but here are some gestures as well.
The giraffe would not fit on the tiny page, so I went on to the next :D
Hope you enjoy!

June 25, 2014 3:21pm #1185Drawing on the Right side of the brain by Betty Edwards is a great book to learn drawing and there is a chapter on proportional drawing as well I think.June 25, 2014 3:18pm #1184Some of the heads are to slim and I think especially for the shape of eyes you might have a look at real eyes. The head in the last row, second from right looks the most natural.1June 22, 2014 7:55am #1183June 3, 2014 2:34pm #163I am working on with the rainbow pencil with seven colors. Fine details are not possible and it wears of very fast, like I lose a good third of the pencil with a pic session.
Nevertheless there is nice and funny to see. These are the 5 minute ones.

Well, you might know this horse, but I invented the cowboy!

I will probably need only half a year to fill my 600 pages sketchbook and am glad.May 31, 2014 6:41am #1165They look kind of boring and sometimes features are a bit off. If you want to see clearer on what you do it might be good to see them mirrored.1May 31, 2014 6:38am #1164I`d say keep at it. These are well done and you could try to draw a bit longer and get more details into.1May 24, 2014 10:59am #1159I had great help from the book by Betty Edwards "Drawing on the right side of the brain" and a lot of practice, like years.1May 24, 2014 10:52am #1158On the other hand I start with a detail and go on from there. Adding here, adding there, at last some shadows.May 24, 2014 10:49am #1157I started a 600 pages sketchbook supposed to be filled this very year. Mostly with drawing classes from pixelovey. I have no profess photos though but it will be filled earlier than the end of 2014 and I think I am improving.May 22, 2014 12:31pm #158I started a 600 page sketchbook and here is a drawing to share.

See link for a bigger pic.
Lately I am using a seven colors pencil and very much love the outcome. The way to draw funniness if I am unhappy about something like the face here, might encourage you as well :D
This one was 5 min and some seconds.
The 600 pages book is mostly filled with pixellovely. Great tool! -
