Critique need for 10 minute gestures

I need help with how to improve on these. I haven’t been doing them with any structure, just free-hand. I’m having trouble getting more structure while also keeping them free. Idk I’m in a rut and cant remember much from my Figure drawing class a few years ago

Definetly joining this challenge, starting right now! If I for some reason manage to do the hard mode, I'll be done by January 1st 2019... I would love to see my art improve over an entire year, with drawings from every single day
