Help with proportions and speed

Hi! I’m struggling with wonky proportions I definitely struggle with leg length and finishing quick drawings for the short ones i feel like i spend too much time on the chest and don’t really get to the limbs.The more detailed drawings took around 20 minutes and I feel like I struggled the most with the woman sitting down. i’d love to hear some tips and suggestions. the drawing's do contain nudity
