Analog brush Croquis 2026-03-15

Today I did 24 sketches in 150 seconds each using traditional art supplies and drawing directly with a brush pen. 4,5 the head ended up too big. Personally, I think the ones that turned out well are 8, 9, 19, 23, and 24. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what I should keep in mind when doing quick sketches with an analog pen.

I love how you captured 8 and 23, you're great at those odd angles that require you to overlap body parts correctly to achieve them looking correct.

1,7,10 etc make me think you could use more underlying form of shapes before settling in your final lines if that makes sense.

The flow of the torso in numbers 1, 7, and 10 was off, making them look unnatural. Since this medium doesn’t allow me to draw lines of action, I need to visualize them clearly in my mind.
