I really like how expressive this drawing feels! I think one obvious weakness is the hands, which are a struggle I know all too well. What helps me, especially in terms of proportion, is to draw the palm/back of the hand as a block. Once I get the propotion between the block and the rest of the figure right, it's easier to add the fingers after.
