I'd especially appreciate advice on fixing the parts that look very off, like the hair.

not sure if you did beforehand but maybe try drawing very lightly at first getting everything mapped out before you do such hard lines as far as fixing stuff just  use a little measuring if you have to, to see how long, say an arm is, compared to the head or how many eyes wide the head is  manga is always fun just keep at it
