Hello! My name is Crow and I've been a suspected ADHDer for 4 years, and officially diagnosed for about 4 months now!
The main struggles my ADHD causes for practicing artwork isn't actually attention span once started, but getting started (task initiation is my biggest struggle irl for everything), as well as remembering to practice regularly. Luckily, ArtFight 2024 is currently on, which is a huge motivator for me to practice regularly AND get out of my comfort zone with characters that I would never draw elsewise.
My current goal is to practice figure drawing at least once a day, even if it's just a single 30 second sketch.
After I get this down, I want to increase my daily practice to be a bit more, but this is what I can manage right now. I'm also recovering from top surgery so I've been drawing a lot anyway because there's not much else I can do laying in bed hahaI hope to improve alongside all of you! So happy to find a small little community to share all this with, it's hard to find genuine small support groups online these days. :)
My profile bio has my links to my socials with my artwork uploaded
