Hey Ancient meme, I dig it! for a first session you're on the right track, you already understand that you should draw the forms rather than just copying contours. You mentioned you feel your pelvis and ribcage feel flat - great! They feel flat because you have only used one line to describe it's form. Instead of cylinders which are hard to describe direction with - try using boxes. They make the form more 3d with less focus on the surrounding limbs. A box also has planes: A front, side, back, bottom and top plane which is what the body consists of (a lot of plane changes that is ^^). If this is your third day I say keep at it, you're doing great!

If you're just trying out on tablet I'd say they look great, I remember when I tried - completely different medium, really got to feel how it was just starting out again. All I can really give advice on here is that you should try place your figures on a grid or indicate space so they're not floating. Is there anything in particular you feel you're struggling with?

Hey BaukePost! You seem to be focusing on the outline of the figure a lot. To grow artists we need to understand the volumes of what we draw in order to give a stronger sense of space There are a lot of videos on constructive drawing on youtube, proko has helped me a lot in my drawing and recommend his lessons. Also I don't think you have to add images to imgur, you can just add images in your post. I hope I helped with my super general critique!

"To grow artists" haha wow I am tripping out here I'm not talking about keeping a garden of growing artists! I hope that is clear :D
