Again, I feel a little bit of the floatiness in your Luigi, in terms of the whole construction. Why don't you please restart it with 20 more minutes of 30 second Luigi poses? And why???? Because it's very important to lay out the gesture before you solidify it with some volumetric construction.

Very cool! It's a bit off to see that the environment has shading but Luigi has no shading. Maybe adding shadows to him and the physical parts of the Boo can enhance the drawing. Or making Boo give off a slight glow would be cool.
