The arms are very formless and look weird. Try getting some more volume in them and the legs are a bit to short incomparison to the upper body.

Really the only problems here are that the knees are a bit small, and the shoulder of the right arm is farther out than it should be. So either focus on getting more accurate skeletons or ditch the skeletons all together. And from there its just a matter of getting it to look good and coherant with your style, which cannot be taught just developed really.
