WOW!! Nice job, it's quite a difficult angle to draw a hand (which is also the struggle of many artist). I think the adition of lights and shadows really help a lot.

This is pretty good for the most part, just gotta fill in the rest of the hand and be stricter with the primary geometric forms to maintain depth, good work
