Hands and feet class - critique requested

Done as part of a 2 hour class. My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid Please let me know if there's an easier way to format these to get more critique :

Just excellent for your first time, mariearroyo, nonetheless, I've got one small request: Love how your forces and forms, and details are comin' along, why don't you go for your first-ever 30 minute class mode, if you pretty please????? And do you know why?????? As you draw out your 30 minute class mode, your forces of your hands and feet will become even more than caricatured and distorted, humorously. Hope and pray that it'll be good for you.
