My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

I really like the feel of this piece, but one thing I noticed - the arms are a little stiff. I think curving them would give the pose a little more personality, especially that arm on the left, since it's more in view. Curving it more inward like ) would give it a more delicate feeling, while a bit more outward like ( would make it feel more powerful. Overall, this piece is quite nice, especially that hand on the right, props for making that feel natural.

Magnificent. Exceptional work, SINE, on your latest female form. Nevertheless, I've got one smaller suggestion: Why don't you try completely loosening it up with four more 5 minute figure studies of females, all flipped horizontally, with your subscription tool, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty please??????? SO???????? It's as long as you do those, then your angles and proportions will be even more understood more than perfectly. Hope and hope that it'll give you the most greatest gratification, artistically.

Great job! Your proportions are decent and I can tell which way the head is facing.
My one piece of advice would be to try to simplify your shapes a little. I see a lot of detail, and while for drawings, detail is great, I feel like the point of these exercises is to focus on flow and shape language.
Keep up the good work!
