Done as part of a practice session with poses of 2 minutes in length. My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

I absolutely in respect for your next 2 minute scribbles, SINE, nevertheless, I've got one small solicitation: Would you love to go for yet another 120 60 second scrawls, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty please, please, please, please???? The reason why is by reason of, your poses and acting will feel even more loosest, the most lightest, and the most too liveliest and animated, and cartoony. For more details look up the Google Books of Shamus Culhane's Animation From Script to Screen. Hope and be sure that it'll soon succeed.

If the understanding of human anatomy is what you're going for, you'd benefit more from longer poses. That will give you enough time to truly work and grind in your understanding of proportions, muscle study, relativity and texture, and you can even isolate certain parts of the body you want to focus on, (e.g. Hands and feet)

2 minute poses are better for gestures, for capturing the overall flow of the image and being able to depict that flow with as little detail as needed. It will be very difficult to really study the human body if you don't get the time to really look at it in it's current pose and then be able to understand how the structure, frame and muscle groups are utilised.

Good job, I would suggest you try to practice to relax your hand a little more before practice, to achieve a better line quality and from time to time try to do the practice only by placing the body landmarks to improve the anatomy
