Done as part of a 30 minute class.

My current goal is: I don't know! I am an absolute beginner; I'm here to study the basics of rendering

Bottom dude looks like a deviantart profile pic. Send help plz.

Aliencommando

Nice drawings! Especially if you're a beginner! It would be helpful to know how much time you took. Anyway, here are some nit-picks, hope it's helpful.

Upper left: The upper half of the body is twisted nicely and looks quite 3D, but from the waist down it looks flat and also like the figure is being viewed head-on. It looks strange that the feet are drawn at the same level on the paper when you would expect the left leg to be further back.

Upper right: Overall shape is good but I can't tell if we are viewing the figure from behind or from the front-- it looks like you included the neck muscles that we'd see from the front, but the circles (buttocks?) suggest it's from the back.

Bottom: Left arm looks a bit weird-- lower half of the arm is longer than the top half, but it could be just because there's no hand. The hips look a bit narrow but it could be that you're trying to make it more stylized, idk.

Polyvios Animations

Nice drawings! Nice for a beginner like you. Keep 'em up, basicglitch.

As a result, if I was to suggest a refinement, then it would be to, please sketch out quickly, 43 more minutes of 30-second attitudes of figure studies? Including ones from the old Renaissance masters that you could find online and/or in books.

The reason why is because, it's of two factors: a) to capture the animation and gesture of those acting poses. b) you'd get a much more most greater idea on how the Old Masters, such as Michaelangelo Buonarotti, may and might have captured motion and action in his poses and balance.

Hope you'd find these completely and totally useful and concrete.
