Done as part of a 30 minute class.
My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form
Nice to meet you. I'm participating from Japan. I would be very happy if you could give me a critique. I'm not very good at English, so I'm using translation software to write this text.
I may not be able to write a good reply, but if you give me a critique, I would like to refer to it.

That's an exceptional appointment you've done on those 1 minute drawings of figures, akikoma. I love the flow and energy of those.
Again, if I was to give you a totally sincere critique, it would, could, and should be that these poses are a bit far too arthritic and balls-on-balls for my taste. Why don't you please breathe easy thru your dominant hand, with 152 minutes of 5 second scribbles of figure studies, for 3 days? (152 mins x 60 secs/5 seconds a drawing/3, 9120/5/3, 1824 poses/3 days=608 poses a day)
And you wanna know the reason why??? It's because it would be of good use to your goal, to help you out on your goal on capturing the overall proportions of the human forms, by means of fluidity of your shorthand or shorthands.
Great luck from me to you.

Your general notion of anatomy is already at a good level, if you want to go deeper into it and make your drawings more and more realistic a good way is to divide the body into smaller and smaller parts. You can start drawing the trunk with two pieces then three and in the end you will probably be trying to guess where each muscle fits.
