9-Second Scratchy Warm-Up for My Hands and Feet

My current goal is: Make my hand and foot forces really elastic and more squashier-stretchier.
Please excuse my haters (or hurters) here, but I'm really enjoying this part of the drawing, and I'm totally looser and free with this approach to drawing exercising. Enjoy. What do you think??

This is a really interesting approach to loosening up! I dont think I've ever seen this done before, but if it helps you feel looser, I'd keep it up. Maybe I'll even give it a try sometime and see if it helps me!
