I would say that next time you should work on trying to move fluidly in your arm rather than in the wrist. Moving so tightly makes it really easy to end up with proportion issues like the arm on the right side. I know that when I move from the shoulder or elbow I tend to stare more critically at the model before making the move, because I've only got one shot at the resulting line. I would also say that you might benefit from working more in getting the proportions and anatomy down in the gesture phase to give yourself a better foundation.

The hand holding the staff is super solid! the index finger is at a really well captured pose.
