Dec/20/2018 - Skeleton Study
© 2018 Jman3Done as part of a 30 minute class.
My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses
Today I spent some extra time in going back over my previouse work I came up with a handful of things to work on.
1. Focus on using a single line and not going back over it.
2. Think of the skeleton in 3D when initially making it and focus on proportions so it is fixed when it gets fleshed out.
3. Be faster, the 5 minute drawing sessions have only been half done the last few times I have done them.
4. Wider hips/thighs/trunk
*start thinking about expressions for faces, I have always been weak to this but soon I think I will put some work into makeing some natural simple expressions for the face.
I also decided to research the skull, rib cage, and pelivs again and focus on what the shapes should look like in 3D for this 30 minute drawing session.
The drawing session went well and I think I will keep using the techniques I came up with in further drawings. Shading is still an issues for me and the final drawing looks a little funny because I didn't do the perspecitve very well.
