Greatest job on your senses of weight and solidity in your pose above. I think that the foreshortening, regarding the hips, as somebody said before me, are still percolating, therefore, I feel totally that these lines of action and rhythm are not plastic-y enough yet. How would you care to go ahead with 12 minutes of 30 second attitude sketches, all done underhandedly? (24 sketches)

This is very solid, the only thing that I'm seeing that could probably be improved is you did not utilize foreshortening regarding the hips. There's an implied depth moving down the spine but the scale doesn't change with that perspective. Something that I've started to do that has improved my understanding of perspective is every time before doing exercises, I warm up by doing some perspective exercises. I personally find this incredibly useful not only for the prior mentioned reasons, but it has improved My Linework as well.
