Finished my 1min female gestures
moved onto my male 1min gestures
January 6, 2013 9:24pm #817Right now, I want to get better with drawing the body. For now, I am working on the female body.
I dubbed 1 minute as my time per gesture, and I have 30 completed so far.
After I am done with females, I will go to males. Then smaller individual body parts. :)
January 4, 2013 8:32pm #811I must admit the arms on the lady in drawing #2 look quite manly. I would try and tone that down.
Also the proportions on the legs of the final drawing are a bit off on the legs, calves, and feet. Otherwise, your drawings give great basic shape.
I would most recommend working on proportions. Have you done any gesture drawing? That seems to be helping me.
1January 4, 2013 12:59am #810I am contemplating this challenge... LOL. Still thinking!!
@El Bow, that's some great advice right there! Definitely always good to begin at the beginning! ;)

January 1, 2013 3:43am #26Hey there! I found your site courtousy of some peeps over at conceptart there's lots of praise for your awesome tools here.
I recently bought myself a Wacom Bamboo Capture tablet, and I have been drawing on it for less than a week. I came here today and used your classroom 30 minute session of dog drawing. What fun it is! Though, I wish there were some more dog photos. Maybe some face shots, etc. If you need any photos, I have a very photogenic dog! ;)
Anyway, it was really fun using your tool, and I really felt like I was in class again. I loved it.
And random off topic-ish question.
After drawing, ever, does your drawing hand shake? Man, this has been happening to me a lot lately. I think I hold onto my pen with a death grip or something! -
