although I agree with everything said above. If and when you fee a bottle I would suggest you switch medium. and if you do feel burnout try sculpting, it is very therapeutic, cheap, and also helps with spatial awareness. Tb Choi also recommends it.
try Stonehouse anatomy notes and Drawing (Seok jung Hyun) and invention (Michael Hampton)
both books have a convenient way of looking at anatomy.
these books question a lot of things and cover a lot of basic and advanced concepts. Friendly from beginner to advanced artists.
