To me the poses feel kind of flat, they want to be livelier, but they feel dead instead. You do have a large number of proportions correct, which is a good thing!!! But perhaps you can add more depth to some of the lines.
For the second image you have shown, the perspective is a tad bit off and the right hand of the person sitting on what I'd assume is a ledge looks a bit flat and it's hard to tell what it's doing.
On one of the 5-minute figure drawings you have made the fingers quite confusing and bigger than the palms. They seemed rushed and more of the attention seems to go into shading on the arms
