30-Second Greasy, Loose and Noodly Warm-Up Exercise

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Make my hand and foot bone forces more elasticky and most squashier-stretchier, most quickly.

I'm working so hard on my hand and foot gestures, making them much greaser and looser as possible.
