the flow of the pose shows movment, however the proportions on the arm in the front is too short. adding length to the upper arm or angling it so it looks like it's going towards the veiwer works too!

You've really got an eye for how value defines form!

Proportion and relative sizes need some work.. on this piece, it looks like the arm to the front is a bit small.. the foreshortening on it seems a touch off. Maybe think about the different parts of the arm as different forms overlapping each other rather than a single limb...
