Hello, Salt S., nice job on your boldness and self assuredness in your loose lines of action. Great works indeed. However, these torsos, mostly, still look or seem too long, but your lines aren't getting enough boldness and gutsiness yet. First off, please use your hands to measure the height between your ribcage and pelvis, but second of all, would you like to loosen up your lines and shapes with our interactive drawing tutorial here on our site?

The reason why you could do these two things described above is because of two different things: First, to help you get a more believably reasonable height in your torso, and last off, to help get your lines of action and rhythm less toned down but more spontaneous and alive in your expression or expressivity.

For more info on how to draw gesture drawings, please look into the Mike Mattesi Forces Figures book on Amazon. My hats off to you.
