You did a good job representing the pose, and the main proportions are accurate.
The biggest issue right now seems to be an oversimplified outline.

I'd advise you to sketch in more landmark bodyparts (ribcage, shoulders, knees, etc.) and various big muscle groups as simple shapes before drawing the outline.
That should lock in their relative sizes and improve the contours. Maybe spend some time with diagrams and reference photos, to figure out what shapes work for you.

For example, you drew a single curved line from the back of the head to the right elbow. From this angle and pose, I'd expect to clearly see the neck, trapezius (triangle), shoulder/deltoid (spherical bump), triceps (elliptical bump), and elbow.
The right knee also ended up much lower than the left knee.

Thanks for your input, very specific and helpful, I greatly appreciate it!!!

my suggestion would be to (although the body isn't symmetrical) make yours more symmetrical, try to line up the knee and elbow joins and to on this one specifically but others too broaden the shoulders for a stronger look. however i think you have done very well and your shadow mapping is very smart
