Struggling to get the torso drawn. If anyone has advice on that I appreciate it. I'm catching myself more often with the legs and am trying to avoid making them too short. I'm also finding that neutral standing or sitting poses are difficult to get the gesture down, whereas when someone's limbs are spread out it's a lot easier.

I appreciate the header. It helps inform what context these are drawn in.
These look great. You have an understanding of line of action but do a nice balancing act of capturing outline to bring it all together.
For practice sake, I would like to see some where you draw in the center line for the limbs and circles for the chest, hips, and joints. Structure vs silhouette.
