When drawing soft tissue, you should start with simplifying the forms, its wrapping around. Your box form doesn't seem to be in the right position for the head. I would suggest drawing wrapping lines on these simplified forms to better understand the dimension of the soft tissue layers and muscles. I think you've got great overall movement and structure in this sketch!
