Cute OC! I love the outfits and the character design - especially the direction you’ve taken rendering the fluffy “skin” texture. I think you might work on proportion, especially on the non-chibi versions. For example, taking a look that the seated character, the feet are different sizes, the hand is quite large compared to the feet, and the thigh is quite long. I think pulling together the anatomy would really bring her to the next level. The poses are actually quite nice and relaxed, but the hands don’t yet match that energy.
I don’t have experience in the world of professional character design, but if that’s something that you’re pursuing at all or if you’re hoping to just bring your character design to another level, I do know that being able to create dynamic poses that tell more about the character is vital. The pose to the left where it looks like she is flying and shooting some magic dust while giving a triumphant, confident smile communicates a lot about the character. Gesture, expression, outfit, action, etc.
