Eyes practice

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

These are looking good so far. I'd say the major thing that is holding your eyes back is that you're not acknowledging the shape of the eye. It's a common trope when you first start drawing eyes to draw this almond-shaped hole in the face where the eye is, but you need to remember that the eyelids are sitting above an orb and also have a certain thickness to them. Try to think of the whole thing as a structure built around a sphere.
