Done as part of a 1 hour class.

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Rylan Sketches

You definently have the structure down for an anatomy drawing but it would be really nice to see more mass shown on the figures so you can get more of a feel of what their proportions are. Giving even basic shapes just to define where the torso and pevis is would help a lot so that you get used to the figures having mass which will help you improve proportions in the future. It will also help with making your figures less stick figure like and more person like which will help you read their poses and expressions better, if you do that I feel like youll see an improvement in your proportions. Overall its a really good start!

I would try to make only S and C curves to mark the movement if its a short pose. Focus onto the Line of action!
