Done as part of a practice session with poses of 60 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

I really like this double spread and I think you have achieved dynamism and energy. I like the way you have composed the pages, so they aren't just great individiual sketches, but a pleasing whole.

Some things you could think about next time you do an exercise like this:

1) Many of the hands and feet have excellent proportions (eg bottom left) but some are a still a little off (eg top left thumb and size of one hand to another). Would you be able in your set-up to look at the picture you've drawn once you've finished the 60 seconds, eye up the proportion and then repeat the same pose?

2) The quick, sketchy shading really adds to the energy of your drawings. You could consider whether to include more shading, and include a variety of tones, perhaps cross-hatching in darker areas to increase the tone but keep the energy.

Exceptional work, Hellowinter, on your marvelous 60 second (1 minute) Drawings, just I've got one more smaller request: Would you like to go for one 2 minute sketch, pretty please??? The impulse is because, you'll get a much, much, much better feeling of silhouettes on your hands and feet. Say your prayer that it'll bear fruit for you.
