fine base structure i can tell which angle each of the faces are going, keep practicing and add more detail, you also may want to study how the jaw lines up on the bottom of the head a little more. in the image is how i imagine drawing it.

You say you want to improve doing faces, but, I do not see any progress from the last set of drawings. Go back over what I have told you and do some complete faces. I know you can do it because of some of your previous drawings. Practice makes better.
