Done as part of a 1 hour class.

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Figure Study: 10 min

Great practice! Keep your work and dont forget to practise drawing only muscles, bones, small human body parts. That would help you to get bettet at understanding proportions. Good luck

Love where you are going in this woman sketch, PCONTE, still keep going, and yet, maybe this will be helpful in your proportions and muscles studies. The reason why is because, it will help you refine in, not only your overall proportions of the form, but in the general muscles as well.

Hope it's completely and absolutely efficacious.

Good work! If getting the proportions right is your goal, I must say that it generally works. However, be careful with the extremities, arms and legs, and how to foreshort them, as these are falling off, specially the left arm. Bare in mind the cylinder likeness and how that would result once the muscles are put on top.

Keep it up!

Nice figure. Hands and feet need some work. You are dating your work. Good. You might want to investigate the following book:

"Morpho: Anatomy for Artists" by Michel Lauricella

You need to keep up the good work. More practice.
