It's awful because I suck at drawing hands, but this the guideline I use if I need to draw hands from memory, and it's very easy. Otherwise, your drawing looks good.

I think hands are really hard and have problem getting the anatomy down, but I'm gonna try using your tip and see if it helps! :)
