Done as part of a 30 minute class.

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Akirazin

This is superb! You even drew the face and facial expression for her!

My suggestion is to use a HB ou 2H pencil for drawing the line of action and ribcage, pelvis and head circle areas. Then use a 2B pencil for drawing contour. And finally use a higher B pencil for shading.

In case you don't have multiple pencil types, work and practice pencil pressure.

Thank you!

Dug through old art supplies and found HB, 2B and 4B so I'll try your tips right now :)

Thanks for the feedback!

I would say with the positioning of the torso, it's hard to tell how accurate the left arm is on the person as if it ends in the same place as the right it would most likely be appearing more bent. An amazing amount was captured for 5min, and this is really well done.

Looks very interesting. Lots of expressiveness and you retain the gesture very well.

I suggest cleaning up the lines more. Like the hands are hard to make out and it looks like you drew 2 right feet.

I see nothing wrong with the proportions

Keep it up!

It looks great but the leg feels a little short
