My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

WOWOWOWOW....that bottom pose is really dymanmic as it shows the clear pose of what you see....so gimmmeeee more of those as opposed to the others that are not nearly as dymanmic as that one ....me am greedy,,,,gimmme more of that type of dymamo pose and you will go far..as it shows me the passion of what you were seeing at the time you drew that model posing for you...GREAT JOB AND by all means gimmmmmeee more...as I like the way you lay the pencil marks down.
I would focus on getting the hands and feet done in the fast sketches.
for the longer poses, decrease the detail until you feel you've nailed the pose. using a thick brush is tricky, so make sure you're really paying attention to light and shadow, and not just making symbolic marks of where the nose,eyes etc are!
