the trick now is to keep going

Polyvios Animations

Good afternoon, GHS Digital Arts & Animation,

I say, again, great job on your range of progress, and I appreciate your recent goal to keep going as hard and smart at this drawing figures, etc. I think you're totally and completely on the right track, but I feel that your digi-mark-making needs a bit more confidence and childlike experimentaion. How would like to kindly free up your marks with 31 minutes of 30 second quick poses, all flipped vertically, then horizontally?

If you draw these figures, bearing those flips in mind, but if your goal is to make your observations less stiff and much fluid, then I allow and validate you to bring it on to yourself and your students.(pupils)

Hope these have helped you out more.

Hello Polyvios Animations,

Thank you for the feedback. I struggle to draw on glass. I didn't realize how much friction from paper or canvas informed my strokes. So much of my drawing focus has been used to actually being able to draw on glass (as well as draw what I am seeing). I will however attempt to be more playful with my marks in future exercises. An art professor from college once told me I wasn't disciplined unless I was playing :P Let's see if I can do this without sliding around the digital canvas and I will do a couple 30 second quick pose session this week. Thanks again for the critique and tips.

Cheers.
