...thank you for the critiques

Greatest of jobs on your forces, flows, and fluidity of your figure attitudes, but they all feel too stilted to me yet. Would you like to kindly go ahead with 32 minutes of 2 minute poses, all drawn underhandedly, but all drawn from your non-dominant hand?

The reason why behind this constructive criticism is because, your lines of action and rhythm will become the most exaggerated but mostly expressive. For most information, look into the 5 PDFs:Drawn to Life Vol. 1 + Drawn to Life Vol. 2(Walt S.)

-Vilppu Drawing Manual (Glenn V.)

-Fun With A Pencil (A. Loomis)

and of course, The Little Book of Talent (Daniel C.)

'Though, the latter contains most totally practical tips on how to learn how to do anything. They are all absolutely worth it. Let's all hope they are doable.

I like the simplified forms you found. Looks like solid construction work, although the feet and hands seem to still hold some mysteries to solve.

First of all, I must say that the individual parts of these sketches are very well done. It looks very lifelike. That being said, on the sketch on the left, the figure's left arm hidden behind their back looks a bit uneven, the lines don't seem to match up. Maybe you should try to draw the whole arm, then erase where it overlaps on the torso and chest, if you haven't already. The hand on the rightmost figure also looks to be a bit too small and out of proportion to the rest of the body. The foot size and hand size shouldn't have such a huge difference.
