Heyyy, u can really report the pose and that's awesome!
my advice for u is to do more 30-60sec scketches before going for longer poses, try to take your pencil as little as possible of the paper in quick drawings,
also try to keep your eyes on the photo not in your drawing. Some blind drawings can help u with this two things

I know right? It's a tough challenge, I find if I focus on relationships I am happier with my results. Example, how close is the hand to hips; where do the kness line up next to the chin... etc.

These are really nice! I like some of the shapes you've used, and the qucik sketches have a lot of fluidity. I think what you have to work on is line confidince: meaing that instead of doing a few scratchy lines, you do one line to represent one contour of the body. Of course this is soethign that just comes with time and more comfort with drawing the human figure, so just keep on keeping on, Ayurassi!
