It looks like you need to work on proportions however - Try focusing on getting the general proportions down as fast as you can and then control them before going further. Your 5 minute poses look better but keep in mind that the distance between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the pelvis is about 1 fist in distance. Anyways keep it up!
