    go to imgur, go to the "new post" om the up-left corner, the post will be reserved to those that will be sent the link so do not worry.

    Go to the forum you want to post in, scroll down to the bottom and you will see the "Create new topic" section. Type the information you want to post Subject: Content, then hold down the send button. Your topic will be posted to the forum.
