Suppress Photos

I can't find any instructions on how to supress photos I no longer wantt to seed.

Click the crossed out circle that looks like a traffic sign all on the right of the icon list. You'll get the option to snooze for 30 days or to remove the image permanently.

When I click on that it simply hides the toolbar. Am I clicking the wrong icon?

The icons I'm seeing are previous photo, next photo, etc. and the one that looks like an eye with a line through it.
