Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length.
My current goal is: Make my hand and foot forces really elastic and more squashier-stretchier.
As you can plainly see, I'm really improving, fairly quickly and proficiently. I'm having a really great blast.
What do you think? Am I getting enough elasticity and plasticity in the lines??
