Done as part of a practice session with poses of 12 seconds in length.
My current goal is: Make my hand and foot bone forces more elasticky and most squashier-stretchier, most quickly.
And now, this is my most latest loosest and the most freest drawing exercise to get 100,000 bad drawings outta me, literally!
